Professional Background:

• Builder & Agent: Following college, I embarked on a career working with builders, gaining invaluable insight into the construction process and new home sales. Transitioning to become a licensed agent, I expanded my scope to include both building homes and listing/selling resale properties, establishing a solid foundation in the residential market. Built and sold over 100 houses under my name.
• Bank Foreclosures (REO) Specialist: For nearly 18 years, I had the privilege of working with bank foreclosures (REO), where I navigated the complexities of distressed properties of all shapes and sizes. During this time, I not only represented banks in selling these properties but also actively engaged in buying and selling distressed properties myself.
